This was made so long ago I had no idea where I took the recipe from. It tasted more like ji dan gao and the top gets sticky after it cooled down. Didn’t really enjoyed it. And I accidentally placed 2 paper liners into 1 cupcake hole so yeah, the cupcakes ended up looking like that ^ haha.
Not too bad, just a little too sweet even after cutting sugar down to 150g. Probably will have to cut down on the sugar even more if I’m making this again. Browned rather quickly so had to remove at the 40 minute mark and cover with a piece of aluminium foil before baking for another 20 minutes.
So I discovered canva and started using it to add texts to my photos. And somehow I ended up designing a textbook cover ^ LOL. Continue reading

Happy new year! Not a failed file but I didn’t liked it. I like mint and I like chocolate but this brownie is too fudgy for my liking, it’s like eating slabs of chocolate lol.
