So I discovered canva and started using it to add texts to my photos. And somehow I ended up designing a textbook cover ^ LOL.
Anyway tried to make some early grey cupcakes with earl grey buttercream frosting. I still can’t make smooth and non-sandy buttercream even though I tried sieving in the icing sugar bit by bit and sieving the icing sugar beforehand. But… this buttercream held really really really well. It looks a little oily in the photo but after letting it sit outside the fridge for a few hours, the cream no longer looked separated. I didn’t put the cupcakes into the fridge at all and the next day, I took them around for the entire day and they still held their shape!
Flavour wise it’s okay, will not try this recipe again.
