Mint Chocolate Cupcakes

I like mint and chocolate but this recipe’s kinda meh. Will not try again.

Oh and my buttercream frosting was sandy. Googled a bit, sieving the icing sugar beforehand and adding bit by bit into the butter will solve this problem. Otherwise, this frosting held up really really good in the hot Singapore weather. Out of the fridge, it was able to hold its shape for 4 to 5 hours?
