It’s been a long time since I’ve baked a chiffon cake. Bought a new pack of cake flour just for chiffon cake baking so there’ll be lots more chiffon cake posts to come lol.
Tried out this banana chiffon recipe (skipped the cream of tartar) and I liked it a lot! It rose a lot compared to the chiffon cakes I’ve made using recipes from a particular cook book.
The texture was good but slightly crumbly.
