Previously I made some croissants and there’s plenty of leftover dough so I decided to make some Pain Au Chocolat!
As usual, I followed the recipe from http://www.topwithcinnamon.com/2013/01/chocolate-croissants.html. Though the dough was quite a failure (very hard outside + soft and not flaky inside), it was still quite delicious. The pillow soft dough with a slight hint of yeasty smell + chocolate = delicious chocolate bread hahaha.
I look forward to making cinnamon swirls with my last batch of dough in the freezer!
